Windsor Jennings Case Studies
CLIENT: JR Personnel
PROJECT: Design and print of brochure
WINDSOR JENNINGS APPROACH:
Windsor Jennings has worked for JR Personnel for quite a few years now; creating a variety of promotional material and requirements. These included the design of a new corporate logostyle and brochure, together with a number of promotional flyers designed to generate a constant source of incoming commissions.
The example shown here is the second corporate brochure created by Windsor Jennings and demonstrates a marked change of style, moving away from the usual images of two people discussing job opportunities around a table – hardly inspiring and what most other companies use to promote their recruitment services.
Adopting an animal theme with colourful images the brochure has received significant critical acclaim. Windsor Jennings provided copywriting, design, artwork and sourcing of the imagery together with accompanying print management to showcase their ‘one stop shop’ handling of projects from the initial concept through to the finished printed article.
We were delighted with a new brochure Windsor Jennings has recently created for us – it has given exactly the right profile for our recruitment company: professional, fun, innovative, caring, exactly the image our clients have come to expect from us. The whole experience was made exceptionally easy and stress-free and we knew we had placed our job into the right agency’s hands

CLIENT: National Car Parks
PROJECT: Design, copywriting and print of flyers
WINDSOR JENNINGS APPROACH:
Windsor Jennings was briefed to create a number of flyers to encourage customers to use NCP's W1 and City branches.
The brief was broad targeting local residents, retailers and businesses, together with theatre goers, diners, casino owners and business people driving into central London. The end result was a highly colourful and appealing yet hard-hitting set of flyers which helped to turn central London into NCP’s best performing region.
I have worked with Jeff Windsor and Windsor Jennings for many years now. We have collaborated, both when I was at Rentokil Pest Control and now more recently at National Car Parks. What I particularly like about them is their ability to be pro-active and think ‘outside of the box’. Inevitably, they manage to deliver creative solutions which work for my business, on a regular basis.

CLIENT: Rentokil Specialist Hygiene

When Rentokil Specialist Hygiene was looking to create a whole raft of sector leaflets plus corporate folder, new Marketing Director Stacey Mitchell approached WJ to provide the solution. The result was a set of 13 highly appealing industry specific leaflets, together with a corporate folder and bound-in 8 page insert extolling the professional service virtues of the company. |

CLIENT: Rentokil Initial Risk Management
PROJECT: Design and print of a 160 booklet, plus translation into 14 languages
WINDSOR JENNINGS APPROACH:
Rentokil Initial’s Risk Management Team has also been a long term user of Windsor Jennings’ all-round creative and print management skills. In addition to providing accident advice leaflets for a number of the group’s businesses, Windsor Jennings has also produced posters and customised merchandise for centrally managed risk management initiatives.
More recently, Windsor Jennings was invited to work on a Business Continuity Project for the Team. The required documents comprised of 160 pages spread across two hard-backed, spirally-bound booklets and contained instructions, advice and forms to manage Business Continuity risks. It was created to enable businesses to be able to recover should an emergency or crisis occur, preventing significant distruption to key services. These documents were also accompanied by a companion CD written to Word and were translated into 14 different languages.
We had no hesitation in handing the Business Continuity Project to Windsor Jennings because, not only are they excellent designers, but their attention to detail is also very good. Clearly, with 160 pages, 14 different languages, numerous different charts and forms for businesses to fill in as an integral part of the whole project, we had to have that confidence in the nominated supplier. I’m pleased to say that Windsor Jennings passed with flying colours and we are delighted with the end product which also received fantastic reviews from the business users

CLIENT: Interior ID
PROJECT: Print of ring binder and inserts
WINDSOR JENNINGS APPROACH:
Interior ID is a premium quality joinery company specialising in the manufacture and installation of bespoke, fitted interiors. Their furniture is built at their factory in Austria and is suitable for a wide range of residential and commercial requirements. They sell their services to high end architects, interior designers as well as property developers, property owners and builders. As such, it was essential to reflect the quality of their work through their promotional literature.
Windsor Jennings recommended the use of customised ring binder, featuring a series of case study examples of their work, which could be updated on a regular basis. The format was chosen with the objective of the document being kept as a reference tool on the shelf rather than discarded. The current binder features 32 double sided inserts, showcasing Interior ID’s design and manufacturing skills for receptions, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, wine bars and boutiques.
Interior ID has been working with Windsor Jennings more or less since we set up in the UK. They handle all of our stationery and promotional work which like our products has to be highly bespoke and top quality. I have to say that I have never been disappointed in their service delivery.

CLIENT: Vincent Housing Association
PROJECT: Annual Review brochure, print
WINDSOR JENNINGS APPROACH: |
Vincent Housing Association is a business providing good value residential accommodation in Notting Hill Gate and leasing property to charities who offer accommodation and services to vulnerable and homeless individuals.
Windsor Jennings was asked to print their 18 page annual review brochure. As a registered Industrial and Provident Society, it was essential that Windsor Jennings found a print solution which matched the Association’s financial, social and environmental ethics. Windsor Jennings worked closely with the designer and ultimately recommended an approach using certified recycled paper and made from 100% de-inked post consumer waste.
