It's a miracle - chocolate printing!


According to Wired.co.uk this really is a thing. A printer that can make 3D structures out of chocolate. You scan in a picture - your face, for example, and out pops a replica in milk, dark or white chocolate! What's not to love!

Unveiled in Las Vegas the Cocojet printer is the size of a microwave and uses a mixture of melted chocolate and a solvent to create complicated shapes, before being left in a cooler section to harden, ready for eating!

The printer is just a proto-type at the moment, but 3D Systems are hopeful it will appeal to confectioners and bakers and will be available later this year. We'll take three.
